Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 8 business hours after the order is placed.
Orders placed after business hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and order size.
Standard delivery time within the United States is typically 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Free standard shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
We rely on USPS, UPS, and FedEx for safe and timely delivery of your orders.
While GHBB Trading is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer, we are committed to assisting you if problems occur.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ghbbtrading.com or call (714) 980-2439. We will help file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution to ensure you receive your order or an appropriate refund/exchange.
